References to the “Services” mean any and all services offered by us, including but not limited to Product marketplace services offered via the Mobile Application and/or the Site.

 

References to the “Site” mean the Web site bearing the URL www.yourMedicalEquipmentRepairNetwork.com and/or any other Web sites owned and/or operated by us related to the Services.

 

References to “us,” “we,” “our,” and/or “MedicalEquipmentRepairNetwork,” mean MedicalEquipmentRepairNetwork Co, a Tennessee sole proprietorship with a principal place of business in Nashville, Tennessee 37208.

 

References to “you,” and/or “User” mean the User of the Services, Site and/or the Mobile Application.

 

  • Agreement to be Bound

 

The following Privacy Policy governs MedicalEquipmentRepairNetwork’s collection and use of its Users’ private information. By accessing the Site or otherwise downloading or using the Mobile Application and/or the Services you represent that you have read and understand the Privacy Policy and that you agree to be bound by thereby.

  • Modifications and Changes to Privacy Policy

 

We may modify, add to, suspend, or delete the Privacy Policy, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion at any time, with such modifications, additions or deletions being effective immediately. Your use and/or access of the Site or download or use of the Mobile Application or the Services, after modification, addition or deletion of the Privacy Policy shall be deemed to constitute acceptance by you of the modification, addition, or deletion. In the event any changes are made, we shall push a notice of the same to Users of our Mobile Application, contact registered Users at the email address associated with their Account, and prominently post a notice of the same on the Site for a minimum of thirty (30) days. Your continued use of the Services, Site and/or Moile Application will be deemed acceptance of such modifications and changes.

 

  • The Information We Collect

MedicalEquipmentRepairNetwork collect personal information from our Users for different purposes. Information gathered online can be identified as either anonymous or identifiable. Anonymous information is information that cannot be traced back to an individual. Identifiable information is information that is specific to an individual.

To register for an account to use or Services, a User has to create a profile by completing an online form. Through the completion of the form by a User we may collect one or more of the following categories of information: (i) contact data (full name, mailing address, and email address); (ii) financial data (account or credit card number and billing address); (iii) demographic data (age, income, and zip code); (iv) username; (v) password; and (vi) location (via location-tracking services, if enabled by User). The provision of one or more of these categories of personal information is mandatory and if you choose not to submit the requested information we will not be able to provide you with an account for the use of the Services. To the extent financial data is not collected to create an account, financial data may be collected through a separate online form or through a third-party payment processor in order to finalize and complete a transaction.

We do not require that you register for an account in order to browse the Site. However, in order to access certain features or areas of the Site or otherwise use the Mobile Application or the Services, you will need to register for an account.

Our Site, Mobile Application, and/or Services may provide you with the opportunity to email a webpage to another person. For this feature to work, we may need to collect your name and email address and the name and email address of the person to whom you send the webpage. MedicalEquipmentRepairNetwork does not store this information and it is used for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email.

As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. We use this information, which does not identify individual Users, to analyze trends, to administer the Site, Mobile Application and/or Services, to track Users' movements around the Site and Mobile Application, and to gather demographic information about our User base as a whole. We do not link this automatically-collected data to personally identifiable information.

  • Use of Your Information and Your Preferences

 

We may use your personal information to personalize your User experience, to process transactions, to administer contests, promotions, surveys, or other features, to contact Users in order to send them information and updates pertaining to their orders, to respond to inquiries and provide customer service, to send company news, updates and other related information.

  • How to Opt-Out

 

In addition to the forgoing uses, we may also use personal information to contact Users through our opt-out mailing list to which all Users who provide their email address shall be automatically added. Users may at any time opt out to receiving information via the unsubscribe link contained at the bottom of certain emails. Users should note that opting-out does not prevent us from contacting you regarding your account or any transactions.

 

Email marketing campaigns published by us may contain tracking facilities within the actual email. Subscriber activity is tracked and stored in a database for future analysis and evaluation. Such tracked activity may include but shall not be limited to: the opening of emails, forwarding of emails, the clicking of links within the email content, times, dates, and frequency of activity.
This information is used to refine future email campaigns and supply the User with more relevant content based around their activity.

In addition to protecting the privacy of children under age (13) we are committed to protect the privacy of minors. Though our Services, Site and Mobile Application are not targeted to minors nor are they intended to be used by minors except with express parental or guardian consent, if, for any reason a minor has shared information via our Services, Site and/or Mobile Application, said minor may request and obtain removal of such information by contacting us at team@yourMedicalEquipmentRepairNetwork.com. Although we offer deletion capability you should be aware that the removal of content may not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of that content or information posted.
